UwezoCX Inclusive Workforce Program

A structured 12–16 week training-to-employment pipeline that prepares persons with disabilities and underserved communities for certified, employer-verified careers in Africa’s digital services economy.

Flagship program

From assessment to placement — built for scale

Every learner is individually assessed, trained to global CX standards, certified through live simulation, and matched directly to employer demand. Inclusion is structural, not supplementary.

Program journey — 4 phases

1
Assessment & onboardingWeeks 1–2

Every learner journey begins with a rigorous individual assessment — mapping strengths, identifying support needs, and aligning each person to the right career pathway before a single training hour is spent.

2
Core skills developmentWeeks 3–8

Learners build foundational workplace and CX capabilities across three integrated skill clusters — aligned to global employer standards and co-designed with BPO operators and CX leaders.

3
Live simulation & certificationWeeks 9–12

Learners transition from structured training into real-world performance simulation — assessed by AI-assisted QA scoring frameworks against the same KPI standards used in live BPO environments. Certification is awarded on performance, not attendance.

4
Employer placement & integrationWeeks 13–16

Certified graduates are matched directly to employer demand through structured pipelines — not job boards. Placement coordinators manage assessments, interviews, and onboarding transitions, with post-placement coaching extending support into the first months of employment.

Inclusion by design

The program actively serves persons with disabilities, youth from underserved communities, first-time job seekers, and rural or low-income learners. Every element of program delivery is adapted to remove barriers rather than work around them.
